We are excited to offer a chance to join Saving Earth Australia as our Sales and Marketing Manager for Residential and Commercial Channels. In this role, you will drive growth, innovation, and transformation in the Victorian market. Responsibilities include developing and executing strategic and tactical plans (in alignment with your line manager) to achieve air conditioning sales objectives across various retail channels in Victoria. This encompasses sales and marketing initiatives for distributors, retailers, air conditioning specialists (both residential and commercial), as well as products like heat pumps, solar panels, LED lights, and ducted heaters, among others. You are expected to have a solid understanding of the industry, market trends, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies and meet sales targets.
