About Us

We are a growing family-owned wholesale business, supplying a wide range of water pump solutions across Victoria and South Australia. With a strong reputation built on quality and service, we are now looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and take our brand to the next level.

The Role

As our Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for both the strategy and execution of marketing across the business. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll manage everything from digital campaigns to trade events, while also setting the overall direction of our marketing strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and deliver marketing strategies aligned to business goals.
  • Manage digital marketing, social media, website, and email campaigns.
  • Support the sales team with promotional materials and lead generation campaigns.
  • Coordinate trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer data to identify opportunities.
  • Manage the marketing budget and report on ROI.
  • Utilise Salesforce CRM and AI tools to optimise marketing performance.
About You

We are looking for a proactive and creative professional who enjoys both strategic planning and hands-on delivery.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 3–5 years' experience in marketing, with leadership or senior-level experience.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with AI marketing platforms (content creation, analytics, reporting).
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a small, close-knit team environment.
