Lead multi-brand marketing strategy across some of the most exciting names in the automotive space.

We're looking for an experienced and driven Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function for Chadstone Motor Group, representing well-known brands including Ford, Hyundai, LDV, Renault, CarBuy, Jaecoo and Chery.

Reporting to the General Manager and based at our Oakleigh dealerships, this hands-on role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a passion for brand, digital, and campaign performance. You'll manage our overarching marketing strategy, paid advertising, OEM requirements, and support a growing team—including our Marketing Coordinator.

What you'll be doing:

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for each brand in the Chadstone Motor Group portfolio
  • Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms

Campaign Management

  • Plan and manage paid media campaigns across digital, radio, outdoor and more
  • Track campaign performance and continuously optimise for ROI

OEM Marketing

  • Ensure all marketing activity aligns with OEM brand guidelines and promotional calendars
  • Liaise with OEMs for campaign approvals, reporting and co-op funding

Digital Marketing

  • Oversee website performance, SEO/SEM strategy and user experience
  • Identify opportunities to improve lead generation and engagement through digital channels

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and support the Marketing Coordinator
  • Work closely with sales and service departments to align marketing with operational goals
About you:
  • You're a confident and creative marketer with a knack for both strategy and execution
  • You have strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills
  • You understand the importance of brand consistency and data-driven decisions
  • You ideally bring experience in automotive, retail or franchised marketing
  • You're comfortable with digital tools like Google Ads, Meta, analytics platforms, and CRM
