About the Role

The Revenue Coordinator is responsible for the administration of the Revenue department, reporting and analytical tasks that support the Area Revenue Managers and National Revenue Manager.

The role is based at our head office on Kent St, in the heart of Sydney CBD. This position is fully on-site, office-based. Please note, there are no work-from-home or hybrid options available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete the Revenue daily checklist
  • Highlight to the Area Revenue Managers any concerns while completing the daily checklist
  • Monitor content on our Brand website (booking engine only) and OTA's
  • Monitor the email inbox for the revenue team and bring any important issues to our attention
  • Assist with Month End tasks
  • Assist with the Corporate Rate loading into Guest Centrix (PMS) & Synxis (CRS)
  • Process all Employee discount bookings
  • Assist the Area Revenue Managers on projects when required
  • Check and manage inventory

About you:

  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in the hospitality industry
  • Training and/or certification in hotel revenue management and/or pricing
  • Previous experience using Guest Centrix (PMS) and Synxis (CRS) would be an advantage
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • 100% accuracy on all reporting and analytical tasks set
  • Demonstrated ability to follow up and multitask
  • Must be priority focused and well organised
  • Ability to work in a high pressure and fast-paced team environment
