What You'll Be Doing to Drive Success:Be the strategic architect across all go-to-market planning, processes, systems, and analyticsForge powerful collaborations with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to create organizational alignment and crystal-clear visibilityCommand the data: Lead sales funnel analytics and reporting across the entire lead-to-revenue lifecycle, transforming conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and health metrics into actionable insightsMaster forecasting accuracy, coordinating regular forecast meetings that empower sales leadershipOwn the roadmap for revenue planning, headcount modeling, and sales capacity planningRevolutionize sales processes, from optimizing territory alignment and pipeline hygiene to boosting overall sales productivityBuild the future of insights: Define impactful KPIs and construct dynamic dashboards that deliver real-time views into performance, pipeline health, campaign impact, and sales executionIgnite strategic conversations: Surface crucial insights and partner directly with leaders to sculpt our winning sales strategiesHarmonize success by aligning compensation plans and quota-setting with our strategic financial goals, hand-in-hand with FinanceClear the path for our customers: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to pinpoint and eliminate every friction point in the buyer journeyEmpower executive decisions: Provide the essential performance insights, trends, and forward-looking projections for executive and board-level reportingWhat You Bring to the Table:We're looking for a proactive, ownership-driven professional with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of accountability. If you have:
3 years of battle-tested experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Partner Operations, ideally within a high-growth B2B SaaS environmentProven mastery in sales process design, funnel analysis, forecasting, and comprehensive revenue planningAdvanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and hands-on experience with SalesforceMust have powerful BI tools like Tableau or Power BIExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for modeling complex business challenges and transforming data into concrete, actionable strategiesA track record of successful cross-functional collaboration and managing high-impact projects under pressureExecutive-level communication skills that enable you to confidently influence senior stakeholdersBonus points for experience with SQL or similar data query toolsA Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA is a definite plus
