HR Manager – Audit & Assurance 

Location: Sydney or Melbourne

What will your typical day look like? 

As a HR Manager in our Audit and Assurance business, you will be responsible for partnering with the Audit business to understand their needs and provide guidance on the development and implementation of both strategic and operational initiatives to enhance employee retention and engagement, foster a positive culture and drive high performance. Key responsibilities would involve: provision of HR advice, talent management, delivering leadership programs, reward and recognition, OH&S and ER management, including performance and investigations.

You may have all or some of the following skills/experience:

  • 5+ years' HR generalist experience working with and influencing senior leadership teams as a trusted advisor
  • Experience as a HR Business Partner gained in a matrix organisation, fast paced environment or professional services advantageous
  • Experience in managing the delivery of multiple talent initiatives that require research, data analysis and insight, proactive planning, strong project management skills, a high level of numeracy, attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Understanding of strategic workforce planning and remuneration strategies
  • Proven strong communication, influencing and negation skills with senior leadership
  • Complex ER case management experience including performance and investigations
  • Coaching / team leadership experience
