The Role

We are currently seeking a Social Worker to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will work directly with participants to support their individual needs, goals, and aspirations, while promoting independence and community participation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred and strengths-based support to NDIS participants.
  • Assist participants with goal setting, skill development, and social inclusion.
  • Facilitate access to community resources and services.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in line with NDIS requirements.
  • Assist them to achieve their housing needs & goal
  • Work collaboratively with families, carers, and other support professionals.

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate, empathetic, and committed to making a positive difference in people's lives.

Essential Criteria:

  • Qualification in Social Work (Bachelor or Master of Social Work).
  • Eligibility for AASW membership.
  • Understanding of NDIS framework and disability sector.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience working with people with disability, mental health, or community services.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to diverse participant needs.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $55.73 – $84.95 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
