Lead the delivery of a national retail transformation program.

An exciting opportunity exists for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of store fit our and conversion projects across Australia. This role is suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings deep experience in retail fit-outs, and is ready to drive strategic outcomes across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

·       Lead the planning and execution of multiple store conversion projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

·       Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and supplier relationships.

·       Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define scopes of work and critical path timelines.

·       Oversee compliance with WHS, building certifications, and operational standards.

·       Drive innovation in fixture strategy and store design execution.

What You'll Bring

· years' experience in fit-out project delivery, ideally within retail.

·       Proven ability to manage high-volume, multi-site rollouts.

·       Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

·       Deep understanding of construction regulations and compliance.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.
