ILG is the largest liquor co-operative in Australia and has been serving the industry since 1975. We have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated Graphic Designer to be part of our Studio Design team and take on an active role within a dynamic organization.

We are seeking a highly dedicated and focused person who is looking to make a difference and grow their career.

Position Description:

Your role will be busy, and you will be challenged each day with a host of detailed duties.

  • Design, prepare artwork, coordinate production and distribution for all aspects of graphic design including print and digital advertising to support marketing campaigns across all ILG and its brands. This includes:

    • Creating tailored content for member and supplier requests including vouchers, menus, banners, animations, and more.

    • Collaborating and developing promotional materials for ILG promotions, including newspaper ads, posters, social tiles, web banners, digital catalogues and more

    • Crafting engaging email campaigns (Mailchimp) and animated social content, maintaining brand consistency.

    • Designing and creating templates, forms, documentation, and signage for ILG

  • Update imagery and manage content for ILG's websites and libraries.

  • Create logo concepts and design development across new events, product/packaging, and banners as needed.

  • Stay up to date with design trends, industry's best practices, and competitors' activities to continually elevate our visual communication strategies.

  • Uphold brand guidelines and visual identity standards.

  • Liaise with external suppliers to ensure that all jobs are delivered with their deadlines set.

  • Actively engage with stakeholders in the organisation to understand their requirements.

  • Efficiently manage projects by prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, maintaining high-quality standards, and documenting costs, design hours, and quotes for all work.

  • Awareness and compliance with WHS principles and Legislation.

About You:

· Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design are a must.

· Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, either in an agency, studio, or client- side role

· Highly competent skills and experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (in particular Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator & Acrobat) in Mac are required.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

· Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.

· Creative flair and passion balanced with the ability to accept instruction.

· Positive attitude to Customer Service and excellent communication skills

· Critical thinking with the ability to understand and analyze problems and find solutions.

· Problems solving and collaboration skills are also a must.
