  • Support platform reliability and compliance by working collaboratively with architects, cyber security, and technical teams to ensure secure and resilient solutions.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by leading reporting and analysis activities, mentoring colleagues, and sharing knowledge to uplift team capability.
  • Partner with stakeholders and vendors to co-design requirements and deliver outcomes that align with strategic goals and the ServiceNow roadmap.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Approach process and solution design with empathy, creativity, and a strong ability to resolve challenges in a complex ServiceNow environment.
  • Work effectively with a wide range of people, facilitating inclusive workshops, gathering insights, and encouraging rapid prototyping and feedback in an agile team environment.
  • Maintain a strong commitment to platform integrity and cyber security, ensuring documentation is clear, consistent, and accessible.
  • Be open to learning and growth, maintaining relevant certifications and developing your skills to support evolving needs and collaborative success.
