  • Experience Preferred: Familiarity with Property Me, Inspect Real Estate, and Inspection Express is advantageous but not essential—training will be provided.

  • Minimum of 1 year of real estate industry experience required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct leasing inspections, routine inspections, entry condition reports, and vacate inspections.
  • Provide overflow support to our Property Manager- think processing applications, following up with inspection attendees and more
  • Use innovative technology to streamline processes.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to tenants and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Reliable vehicle and valid open driver's license.
  • Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (or willingness to obtain it within 3 months of starting).
