Each day, you will go above and beyond to:

• Work on enterprise diagnostics leveraging the right tools, methods and approach for the Enterprise fostering innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
• Champion the translation layer between the diagnostic objectives and the raw data events logs to set the process mining data pipe requirements. This is critical to setup for diagnostic success.
• If you're not already an expert in process mining, you will become one. Leverage the latest process mining technologies to develop our process intelligence backbone across the enterprise.
• Turn process inefficiencies into actionable value stories. Deliver targeted simplification diagnostics to identify complex problem root causes and clarity to solve.
• Design innovative To-Be solutions for the enterprise to unlock transformational customer advocacy improvements, productivity, significantly reduce risk and add compelling value.
• Establish metrics and criteria for assessing existing processes, opportunities, and benefits.

We're looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:

• Strong analytical and cognitive thinking abilities. Demonstrated skill at solving complex problems and creating innovative/pragmatic solutions.
• A history of defining events data technical requirements to align with diagnostic objectives. You will have a passion for data and a distinct skill at synthesising complexity for stakeholders.
• Process mining delivery experience would be highly regarded.
• Proven experience in Lean/Six Sigma or Process Mining
• Hands on track record delivering diagnostics in complex cross-functional environments delivering significant value, managing through ambiguity and you will have great business acumen.
• Build and maintain trusting relationships across an enterprise to ensure alignment and collaboration.
