A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

The Corporate AI and Operational Trainer plays a key role in driving learning excellence across Acquire Intelligence's internal operations and external corporate training programs. This role combines two distinct but complementary focuses:

  • Operational Training: Delivering onboarding, upskilling and product knowledge training for Acquire Intelligence employees supporting operational and client service programs.
  • Corporate AI Training: Facilitating engaging, professional training programs for external clients, including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT and related AI productivity and workflow enablement modules.

This role is based in Melbourne, Australia, and operates primarily from the office five days a week, delivering training both within Acquire Intelligence and at client sites as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, facilitate and continuously improve learning programs that support both internal operational capability and external client enablement.
  • Deliver structured onboarding and development training for Acquire Intelligence employees across multiple client accounts and business functions.
  • Conduct engaging corporate and executive training sessions for external organisations on Copilot, ChatGPT, AI productivity and responsible AI practices.
  • Facilitate sessions with diverse audiences, including senior leaders and corporate teams, maintaining engagement and professionalism in dynamic environments.
  • Support the ongoing enhancement of AI-related training modules, ensuring materials remain current with evolving AI tools, features and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the AI and Operations teams to tailor training to client needs and functional requirements.
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps, recommend solutions and drive continuous improvement in content and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate training records, evaluations and reports.
  • Verify training effectiveness through post-training evaluation, feedback analysis and on-the-job performance metrics.
  • Model Acquire Intelligence values and maintain a strong, engaging classroom presence.

A BIT ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience in a training or learning and development role within a contact centre, BPO or corporate environment.
  • Corporate training experience is highly preferred along with experience in contact centre or BPO training delivery.
  • Confident facilitator capable of engaging external corporate audiences and internal employee groups.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and ability to adapt delivery for different audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex topics clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Comfortable delivering and updating AI-related learning modules (Copilot, ChatGPT, workflow automation or related areas).
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies.
  • Strong presentation and classroom management skills, including the ability to handle challenging participants with composure and confidence.
  • Competency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS), presentation tools and collaboration platforms such as Teams and PowerPoint.
  • Organised, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple training programs simultaneously.
  • Able to work both autonomously and collaboratively with internal stakeholders and clients.
