About The Role
We're looking for a dedicated and experienced
Frontline Support Specialist
to join our Disability Services team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about person-centred care, especially supporting clients with complex needs.
You'll mentor staff, guide behaviour support strategies, and work closely with clients and their networks to ensure safety, inclusion, and positive outcomes.

Duties
- Deliver tailored support for clients with complex needs
- Lead behaviour support and crisis management strategies
- Mentor and guide staff to build a high-performing team
- Engage clients and families to align services with individual goals
- Advocate for client rights and maintain accurate documentation
- Ensure compliance with NDIS standards and policies
Essential
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in high-intensity, person-centred disability support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to mentor and model best practice
- Certificate III or IV in Disability Support (or equivalent)
- Current NSW Working with Children's Check, NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, First Aid, and Driver's Licence
Desirable
- Experience leading complex care reviews
- Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and legislative requirements
