In this role, you'll:

Deliver exceptional customer service, undertaking a broad range of station functions and assist with enquiries, travel bookings and connecting services.

Be responsible for the presentation and maintenance of the station, as well as assisting with luggage for the regional services.

Work alongside our train crew and other stakeholders ensuring safety standards are met and proactively seeking opportunities to minimise potential risks that may arise.

This current Customer Attendant Qualified role is a part-time role based at Tamworth Station working 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday from 9:30 am to 17:00 pm which may include public holidays. You also may be required to work additional hours at short notice with the potential for overtime. This temp role is only for up to a 6-month contract.

The full-time rate of pay for this position is $1,342.80 per week, including the Industry Allowance. As a part-time employee, you will be paid on a pro-rata basis calculated on your agreed hours of work. In addition, you will also receive shift allowances, superannuation, and annual leave loading benefits on the 4 weeks annual leave.

A Talent Pool will be created for current and future temporary and permanent, full-time, and part-time positions at Tamworth Station over the next 18-month period. If you are deemed suitable at interview and a vacancy arises, you may be contacted and asked to complete pre-employment checks.
