Our services help clients build efficient, cost-effective teams offshore—filling roles that support growth, improve productivity, and reduce overheads.
With a dedicated lead generation team feeding warm opportunities, we're now looking for a proactive and persuasive Sales Executive to help us convert these leads into long- term client relationships.
Role Overview
The Sales Specialist is responsible for managing and converting inbound leads, attending discovery calls, and nurturing prospects through the sales pipeline. This role is all about building trust, uncovering business challenges, and recommending how our offshore solutions can add real value.
Key Responsibilities

Attend qualified discovery calls per day (booked by the lead gen team).

Follow up with leads post-call to answer questions, share collateral, and guide them through next steps.

Identify the client's business pain points and position the appropriate offshore solutions ("selling the seat").

Maintain and update CRM records, tracking progress through the pipeline.

Build strong, consultative relationships with prospects and deliver a high-touch sales experience.

Collaborate with the recruitment and onboarding teams to ensure smooth client handover post-sale.

Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
About You

2+ years of experience in a sales, business development, or client-facing role (B2B preferred).

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Confident running discovery calls, identifying needs, and presenting tailored solutions.

Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Experience selling services or solutions to Australian clients is a plus.

Familiarity with CRMs (Zoho CRM) is an advantage.
