About the Role
  • Managing and leading a team of programs staff at Beechworth Correctional Centre.
  • Developing, implementing and delivering education and programs to best meet the needs of people in custody.
  • Participating as a member of the leadership team and contribute to the development of the relevant policies, strategies and programs.
About youTo be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing and delivering a range of educational and vocational programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with disadvantaged groups or welfare orientated environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to build team commitment by using effective tools for achieving positive outcomes.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Corrections Victoria and rehabilitation of prisoners.
Qualifications
  • A qualification in business, correctional practise, leadership or other relevant experiences/qualifications would be highly regarded.
