We are hiring a
Business Analyst
who plays a key role in bridging business needs and technical solutions within a regulated, high-impact environment. Your work will directly contribute to improving systems, processes, and solutions that make a meaningful difference.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Operations, and IT to understand business needs, pain points, and opportunities
  • Capture, analyse, and document business and functional requirements
  • Model and map current and future processes, identifying gaps and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions align with business goals and compliance requirements
  • Support delivery through testing, validation, and change management, including assisting in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Track progress, manage risks, and support communication and training for business change
  • Use data and metrics to assess outcomes and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within a regulated or complex business environment
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience with process modelling, requirement documentation, and stakeholder management
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities
  • Familiarity with system implementation, testing, and change management best practices
