Production/Process Operator

Permanent Full Time Position

Monday to Thursday- 6:00AM-4:00PM

We are one of Australia's largest seed businesses, committed to delivering innovative agricultural solutions. We're currently looking for reliable and hardworking Production/Process Operators to join our close-knit team in Toowoomba.

About the Role

Reporting to the Value Add Team Leader, you will be responsible for a variety of production and processing tasks, including:

  • Operating machinery to coat, blend, and treat seed products
  • Packing and labelling finished seed products into bags
  • Preparing stock for warehouse storage and customer orders
  • Working on both day and afternoon shifts (as required)

This is a hands-on role that suits someone with a strong work ethic and a practical mindset.

What You'll Need to Succeed

We're looking for team players who are:

  • Physically fit and capable of manual, repetitive tasks
  • Comfortable lifting weights of up to 25kg
  • Reliable, punctual, and have great time management skills
  • Willing to get their hands dirty in a fast-paced production environment
  • Able to follow safety and operational procedures with a strong OH&S focus
  • A good communicator with attention to detail

Machine or process operation experience is an advantage but not essential. You must have full working rights in Australia.
