Our client, a distinguished upper-tier main building contractor with over 50 years of success, is seeking a talented Mid/Snr Contract Administrator to join their high-performing team.

Client Description:

Role Responsibilities:

  • Prepare subcontractor procurement schedules, scopes, lettings, and packages
  • Manage design aspects and components
  • Conduct design meetings with consultants
  • Strong procurement skills
  • Review, negotiate, and finalize subcontracts
  • Manage and track project expenditure, including subcontractor claims
  • Aid with progress claims and external variations
  • Administration of RFIs to internal and external stakeholders

Role Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Commercial, Education, Industrial, Health Care, Aged Care, Leisure/Aquatic, Retail, & Governmental/Community projects or similar
  • Ideally experienced in projects valued between $10Mil - $60Mil+
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience in dealing with suppliers, negotiating, and finalizing contract agreements
