Inventory Controller – 3PL Operations

Are you ready to take your warehouse and inventory experience to the next level?

On Point 3PL is a fast-growing 3PL provider, partnering with businesses across Australia to deliver seamless warehousing, fulfilment, and transport solutions. We're looking for a motivated and detail-driven Inventory Controller to join our team and help us keep our operations running at peak efficiency.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position, working primarily within our busy warehouse facility. You'll be responsible for managing stock accuracy, overseeing inbound and outbound movements, and ensuring our customers' products are always accounted for. From cycle counts to stock investigations, you'll play a critical role in keeping our warehouse organised and efficient.

We're open to candidates who are already experienced Inventory Controllers or senior storepersons ready to step up into a more skilled role. With in-house training provided, you'll have the opportunity to grow your skills and develop your career in 3PL operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate stock records across our WMS
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits
  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies
  • Support inbound and outbound operations to ensure seamless product flow
  • Liaise with warehouse staff and management to coordinate stock movements
  • Generate inventory reports and provide insights on stock trends

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a 3PL, warehousing, or logistics environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable in a hands-on role – much of your time will be on the warehouse floor
  • Solid computer skills and ability to work with warehouse management systems
  • A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CartonCloud is highly regarded
