We are currently seeking an Inside sales Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotes and purchase orders for customer opportunities.
  • Keep internal systems up to date with customer opportunities and order progress.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth customer transactions.
  • Attend required training sessions to maintain up-to-date product and service knowledge.
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager within the scope of the inside sales role.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook).
  • A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic understanding of IT products and services, or a willingness to learn.
  • 1–3 years' experience in inside sales, customer service, or B2B support roles.
  • Must be authorised to work in Australia (citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa).
