The Role:
This is a newly created role reporting directly into the Head of Brand and leading our social media team You will be highly creative, energetic and be passionate about taking ownership of our social media function. Sound like you, read on Day to day, you will: Own Showpo's end-to-end social strategy across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging channels). Align creative and content outputs from the Social Lead and Content Lead into one unified, ROI-driven social roadmap. Partner with the Head of Brand to ensure social ladders up to broader marketing, brand, and commercial priorities. Act as the key point of contact for social across the business, presenting strategy, insights, and performance to senior stakeholders. Drive social KPIs including engagement, reach, traffic, following, and revenue. Track and report performance across platforms, providing actionable insights that inform decision-making. Lead, coach, manage and motivate the Social Media team to high performance Who are you? 3 years + experience in social media management, ideally within fashion, e-commerce, or lifestyle. Proven track record of delivering commercial impact through social media. Strong knowledge of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest) and emerging features. Experience managing a social team, with proven leadership and coaching skills.
