With a national network of wholly owned metropolitan and remote clinics, we deliver Occupational Health, General Practice and integrated medical, paramedical and wellness services to both large and small corporate and community groups.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a 2IC with demonstrated administration experience, ideally within a healthcare environment, you will join the Malaga Clinic WA , on a Permanent Full-Time basis working 38 hours per week. Reporting directly to the Practice Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage a variety of tasks and customer demands. You will be responsible for leading, managing and maintaining efficient day-to-day operations of the clinic, particularly in the absence of the Practice Manager.

DUTIES

The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

  • Coordination of the clinic operations
  • Effective team supervision of administration staff
  • Assistance of human resource functions including recruitment, inductions and performance management
  • Promoting and embedding a high level standard of customer service delivery
  • Reception and general administration duties
  • Processing medical bookings
  • Results management
  • Conducting preliminary medical assessments
  • Administering health questionnaires
  • Invoicing
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

You will have relevant experience in supervising staff, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in Clarity / Best Practice software will be highly regarded.

Additional requirements include:

  • Ability to engage, motivate, empower and coach staff to achieve desired business outcomes
  • High level of computer skills
  • A strong commitment to customer service
