Brothers Leagues Club (Cairns) Ltd is a non-for-profit organisation, incorporating Fuller Sports Club and Stan Williams Park.  Our organisation is a leading hospitality and community hub in Far North Queensland, delivering exceptional member experiences through dining, gaming, entertainment, sport, and community initiatives.  With multiple venues and a strong football and community presence, the Club is committed to innovation, excellence, and connection. Brothers Leagues Club Cairns is the home of Fratelli's Café & Restaurant, Bistro 26, Shamrock Bar, Q Sports Bar, entertainment & function spaces and a modern Gaming Lounge. With over 100 staff, our workforce is the place of best practice, aiming to provide an excellence in customer service experiences to all of our loyal members and guests.

The Role

Working closely with our Duty Managers, the Club Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Conducting the day to day promotions of the Club and assisting at special events, ensuring information regarding promotions is communicated to all team members.
  • Meeting and greeting members and guests.
  • Assisting Duty Managers with the day to day operations.
  • Advising the Duty Manager of any issues during shifts for the Daily Shift Report.
  • Completing Duty Manager shifts as required.
  • Ensuring compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol legislation and Responsible Service of Gaming legislation.

This role would suit someone who has experience working in Clubs and is ready to take the next step in their career.

What We Are Looking For

To be successful in the role and part of our team you will have:

  • Numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Troubleshooting, organisational and self-motivation skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team along with supervisory experience.
  • Current police clearance, RSA, RSG, Approved Managers Licence and RMLV Certificate.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including night, weekends and public holidays.
