Leap Health is seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Practice Manager/Administrator to support their Home Care Team in New Town. This dual role blends reception, administration, and team leadership responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys supporting others, keeping things running smoothly, and working within school-friendly hours. The Position

Working 3 days per week (Monday–Wednesday, 8:30am–2:30pm), this role combines practice management duties with day-to-day administration to support both clients and the clinical team.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Reception & Administration

·       Assist home care clients and package providers via phone and email

·       Manage referrals, appointments, and practitioner schedules

·       Process payments, invoices, remittances, Medicare/DVA/WorkCover claims

·       Provide administrative support to clinicians

Practice Management

·       Oversee the daily operations of the home care service

·       Support reception and clinical team members and foster a positive team culture

·       Collate weekly wages and manage leave approvals and timesheets

·       Liaise with referrers, insurers, and healthcare providers

·       Ensure compliance with health, safety, privacy, WorkSafe, NDIS, and Medicare requirements

·       Assist with onboarding and training new staff

·       Monitor key business metrics and support directors in process improvements

What We're Looking For

·       Availability Monday–Wednesday, 8:30am–2:30pm

·       Excellent communication and customer service skills

·       Strong multitasking and organisational ability

·       High attention to detail

·       Ability to work independently and within a team

·       Previous reception or admin experience (allied health/medical experience highly regarded)

·       Confidence using practice management systems (TM3 or similar)

·       Leadership experience desirable, but not essential
