Join Our Team at Graham Apartments – Front Office Customer Service Role

Graham Apartments offers cozy, self-contained accommodation just 10 minutes from Hobart's city centre. Nestled in the vibrant and family-friendly suburb of New Town, we are a proudly family-owned business that welcomes a wide range of guests for both short and long-term stays. Tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood just off the main road, our location is ideal for visitors exploring Hobart or families in town for local sporting events.

We're currently on the lookout for a customer service superstar to join our small and supportive team. If you're someone who thrives on providing excellent customer service and enjoys pitching in wherever needed, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing warm, professional, and efficient customer service—often being the first point of contact for our guests
  • Managing reservations, check-ins, and check-outs with a friendly and organised approach
  • Assisting with general front office duties including basic bookkeeping and account maintenance
  • Prioritising tasks and handling time-sensitive requests with confidence
  • Thinking on your feet to solve problems and support the team
  • Sharing your local knowledge to recommend shops, restaurants, and attractions
  • Using computer systems such as Outlook, Word, and RMS (or similar booking platforms)
  • Being a true team player—collaborative, reliable, and ready to help where needed

What We Offer:

You'll be joining a small, close-knit team that values the work you do. As a family-run business, we take pride in creating a welcoming and supportive environment. This is a casual position with an immediate start. The typical roster is 3–4 days per week, and every second weekend. with flexibility to adjust the schedule where needed.
