Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct workshops to elicit and document business requirements.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources systems, establish data lineage and document transformation rules.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to help identify technical requirements.
  • Closely work with architects and solution designers to transform business requirements into technical artefacts and assist in solutioning.
  • Manage multiple channels in parallel with partner teams.
  • Backlog management in JIRA, conducting SCRUM ceremonies like daily stand ups, backlog grooming.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in business analysis or in the related field.
  • Must possess niche stakeholder management skills with an ability to engage in a variety of business and technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • A strong understanding of data mapping, integration and analytics would be essential for this role
  • Good knowledge of Agile (SCRUM preferred) with strong understanding with demonstrable experience in backlog management and user stories writing.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • An ability to work effectively in a cross-functional & dispersed team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to drive consensus with internal and external stakeholders.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in banking industry will be a plus.
  • Experience in data migration projects.
  • Degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT or other related fields.
  • Experience in Low-code related initiatives (e.g. Appian, Pega)
