Job Title :
Senior Technical Business Analyst with Data Quality Skills

Must Have Skills:

 Data Quality Assessment & Governance Proficient in defining data quality metrics, identifying data anomalies, and implementing governance frameworks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of enterprise data.

 Technical Requirements & Solution Design Skilled in translating business needs into detailed technical specifications, collaborating with architects and developers to design scalable data solutions.

 Business Process Analysis & Optimization Experienced in mapping and analyzing business processes to identify data-related inefficiencies and recommend improvements that enhance data integrity.

 Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication Strong ability to engage with cross-functional teams, including data stewards, IT, and business units, to align data quality initiatives with organizational goals.

Nice To Have:

Knowledge of Data Profiling Tools Familiarity with tools like Informatica, Talend, or IBM InfoSphere for profiling, cleansing, and monitoring data quality.

 Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) Understanding of MDM principles and tools to ensure consistency and accuracy of critical business data across systems.

 Agile & DevOps Collaboration Ability to work within Agile frameworks and collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate data quality checks into CI/CD pipelines.

 Visualization & Reporting Tools Proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik to present data quality metrics and insights to stakeholders
