We are looking for an experienced People & Culture (P&C) Administrator to work closely with the P&C departments across all locations and will be integral member of the onshore P&C team in Darwin. This position will be required to effectively and proactively support the team with all facets of human resource and office administration.
This position is an onshore residential position and will be based in Darwin, Northern Territory.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
· Responsible for intranet updates, employee communications and general day to day management of the office including liaising with cleaning contractors and suppliers.
· Responsible for office access and desk assignment, including distribution of building access fobs.
· Assisting with the ongoing management of visitor registers, asset registers and ensure these are accurate and updated
· Assist with event management including catering.
· Log and upload certifications, ensuring all sub-contractor's personnel have the documentation required to mobilise offshore.
· Support the P&C team in the recruitment and selection, onboarding, orientation, performance dialogues and exit interviews for onshore and offshore personnel in accordance with procedures.
· Travel / accommodation bookings for office personnel and the ability to assist with roster changes and mobilisation to and from the asset will be advantageous.
Qualifications
· Relevant qualifications in Human Resource Management or a similar field are desirable, however relevant experience may replace formal education.
· Experience working in a similar role, ideally in the Oil and Gas industry.
