Your opportunity:
  • Developing and implementing commercial strategies aligned with the Enterprise and Government sales team goals to secure new deals. Creating a roadmap that guides the team in achieving targets and contributing significantly to the overall P&L.
  • Conducting thorough market analysis, identify key trends, and evaluate competitor landscapes to capitalise on emerging opportunities as it relates to Enterprise & Government. Providing insights and recommendations to support the sales team in making informed decisions for successful deal acquisitions.
  • Taking ownership of P&L performance as it relates to Enterprise & Government. Developing initiatives that contribute to revenue growth, cost optimization, and overall financial success. Implementing metrics to track and measure the impact of commercial strategies on the bottom line.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of commercial strategies. Fostering effective communication channels and alignment of efforts to maximize the impact on sales and revenue.
  • Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor the performance of enterprise and government sales initiatives. Implement adjustments and optimisations as needed to enhance the team's ability to win new deals and achieve financial objectives. Providing regular reports and updates to senior leadership on progress and results.
What you'll bring:
  • Strong Commercial acumen with strong analytical and attention to detail. Ability to deliver high quality and accurate insightful outputs linking to an understanding of how the business could action those outputs
  • Aptitude and drive for seeking continuous process improvement and innovation
  • Strong communication / presentation skills coupled with strong written and verbal communication.
  • Great stakeholder management, ability to influence and steer actions and decision making at GM level. Can negotiate and resolve competing priorities.
  • Ability to deal with rapid change and quick pace with resilience and a can-do attitude; passion for knowledge and a flexible attitude to focus on the relevant day to day challenges
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • 5 years commercial / finance / pricing experience; CPA/CIMA/CA qualified
