About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join the team at True Blue Painting & Lawn Services in Singleton, NSW. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing painting and lawn services company. As a Painter, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting work to both residential and commercial clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming
  2. Apply a variety of paint products, including latex, oil-based, and specialty finishes
  3. Use a range of painting equipment, such as brushes, rollers, and sprayers, to achieve a professional finish
  4. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  5. Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
  6. Maintain a safe and tidy work environment
  7. Contribute to the overall success of the painting and lawn services team

What we're looking for

  1. A relevant trade certificate in painting is required
  2. A Certificate III in painting or equivalent trade qualification is essential
  3. Proven experience as a Painter, preferably in a commercial or residential setting
  4. A minimum of 3-5 years of painting experience
  5. Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver a high-quality finish
  6. Good physical fitness and stamina to complete tasks efficiently
  7. Excellent communication and customer service skills
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  9. Knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to work safely
  10. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  11. Australian citizenship is required for this position
