About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Painter to provide high quality painting, finishing and surface preparation works across commercial, industrial and residential environments - you will be working on both planned maintenance and reactive works.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Apply appropriate coatings according to job specifics.
• Match & Mix colours accurately to existing finishes.
• Minor plastering, rendering and surface repairs.
• Assist with building maintenance when required, ensuring seamless integration with other trade activities.
• Quoting and scoping of services.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards.

Your Skills, Experience & Requirements

• Certificate III in Painting and decorating is essential.
• Current manual drivers' licence.
• Proficient in quoting & scoping.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication.
• EWP & working at heights advantageous.
• White Card.
• Self-motivated and able to work alone and without supervision.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role.
• Understanding & commitment to Work, Health & Safety.
• Be able to complete and pass a full medical including drug and alcohol testing. We have a zero tolerance for drugs and alcohol and testing is ongoing during employment.
