Apeiro Institute is a nationally recognised RTO dedicated to delivering high-quality vocational education. We are expanding our construction training offerings and are seeking a skilled and passionate trainer to deliver the CPC30220 Certificate III in Carpentry at our Perth campus.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and qualified trainer to deliver and assess the CPC30220 Certificate III in Carpentry. This role involves guiding students through both theoretical and hands-on learning, ensuring they gain the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the building and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and assess CPC30220 Certificate III in Carpentry in accordance with training package requirements
  • Develop engaging lesson plans and training resources
  • Support students in achieving competency through practical and theoretical instruction
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessments
  • Ensure compliance with ASQA standards and RTO policies

Essential Criteria

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
  • Trade qualification in Carpentry or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of industry experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Desirable

  • Previous experience delivering CPC30220 or similar qualifications
  • Familiarity with WHS regulations and industry best practices
  • Experience with online learning platforms and digital tools

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $45.00 – $60.00 per hour
