About the Role

We are seeking motivated Labourers and Trade Assistants who are looking to start a new career in gardening and grounds maintenance. This role will see you working outdoors across a variety of sites, assisting with mowing, trimming, landscaping, and general grounds upkeep. Full training and support will be provided.

Duties include

  • Assisting with mowing, trimming and garden maintenance
  • Operating tools and equipment (training provided)
  • Supporting senior staff with landscaping and turf care
  • General labouring and outdoor work

Successful applicants will have

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors
  • Reliability and strong teamwork skills
  • Previous labouring or TA experience (desirable but not essential)
  • White Card, Driver's Licence or other tickets (advantageous)
