Opened in 2007, WES Mackay is a local, multi-trade company that provides trade-based maintenance and installations to a broad client base. We have clients from real estate and retirement villages, through to commercial and residential maintenance. We have built a reputation on employing hard-working and reliable professionals that execute jobs quickly and to a high standard.

We are looking for an experienced Electrician to join our dedicated and close-knit team, and to become part of our expanding business.

A typical day at WES Mackay may include:

  • Maintenance Electrical work
  • Carryout out breakdown repairs
  • Maintenance and installations across domestic and commercial sectors

The ideal candidate must have:

  • QLD electrical fitter & mechanic license
  • Air Conditioning installation experience preferred but not essential
  • Experience in maintaining residential and commercial building codes and installation requirements
  • Current Queensland Manual Drivers Licence
  • Own tools of trade (specialised tools will be supplied)
  • Quality workmanship, excellent customer service and communication skills
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work on your own as well as working in a team
  • Good computer and device skills
