Refrigeration Mechanic

We are looking for an experienced Refrigeration Mechanic to join our dedicated and close-knit team, and to become part of our expanding business.

A typical day at WES Mackay may include:

• Air conditioning maintenance and servicing
• Carryout out breakdown repairs
• Split system air conditioning installations across domestic and commercial sectors

The ideal candidate must have:

• Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARCtick)
• Trade Certification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
• Experience in maintaining residential and commercial building codes and installation requirements
• Restricted Electrical Licence
• Current Queensland Manual Drivers Licence
• Own tools of trade (specialised tools will be supplied)
• Quality workmanship, excellent customer service and communication skills
• A positive attitude and the ability to work on your own as well as working in a team
• Good computer and device skills
