Who they're looking for

This role is suited to a Director or Special Counsel with strong property law expertise and experience supporting corporate transactions. You'll play a key role in advising on the property components of major M&A deals and joint ventures, working alongside M&A Lawyer and senior corporate and commercial specialists to deliver seamless deal execution. Experience in property funds would be highly regarded.

Key responsibilities

• Lead property due diligence and advise on risk, title, and structuring for M&A transactions

• Draft and negotiate sale agreements, lease transfers, and property-related transaction documents

• Advise on property aspects of acquisitions, divestments, and joint ventures

• Work closely with corporate, tax, and financial advisory teams throughout deal execution

• Mentor and develop lawyers within the property and corporate group

• Contribute to client relationship management and business development initiatives

About you

• Experienced property lawyer with a strong transactional background

• Demonstrated experience supporting corporate or M&A transactions

• Skilled in due diligence, negotiation, and commercial structuring

• Confident managing multiple stakeholders and high-value matters

• Leadership capability with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
