Role description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Lawyer with 3-6 years PQE, located in the Sydney CBD. You will handle various day-to-day tasks including drafting and reviewing legal documents, managing property transactions, providing legal advice to clients, and conducting legal research. The role also involves liaising with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure smooth legal processes and outcomes.
We will also look for superstar budding practioners if you are nearing completion of your law degree - provided you have at least 3 years PQE continous property law or hotels experience.
If successful, you'll work alongside senior lawyers and Directors on:
- Hotel transactions (buying, selling and management)
- Supporting leading developers in site acquisitions and sales
- Leasing and development projects
- Industrial sales and acquisitions
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and property documentation
- Providing advice to our clients on their most important mandates
- Managing settlements through PEXA and liaising with key stakeholders
About you
3+ years' dedicated property law experience –
this is an absolute must to hit the ground running
Strong attention to detail and communication skills –
you will be talking to clients from the get-go
Proficiency in PEXA
Proactive, organised, and client-focused
