What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, coaching, mentoring, or related fields
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A genuine passion for personal development and helping others succeed
  • Self-motivation, organization, and the ability to work independently
  • Sales or business development experience is a plus
