We're on the lookout for a motivated and hardworking Landscaper to join our growing team. With a strong pipeline of commercial and residential projects, we need boots on the ground to help us deliver high-quality softscaping across South East Queensland.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Assisting with the delivery of softscape works (soil, turf, planting, mulching, etc.)
  • Supporting hardscape installs as needed
  • Operating machinery and tools (we own our own gear — no hiring headaches)
  • Working as part of a tight-knit crew led by experienced Site Leaders and Skilled Landscapers
  • Maintaining quality, safety, and timelines across a variety of landscapes

What We're Looking For
  • Previous landscaping or construction experience (preferred but not essential)
  • A great attitude and willingness to learn — we value people over paper
  • White Card (mandatory)
  • Machinery tickets (advantageous) — or we'll pay for you to get them
  • Driver's license
