Experienced Landscaper / Team Leader

Brisbane, QLD Elite Walls and Fencing

Are you an experienced landscaper ready to step up and lead a team? We're looking for someone who can take ownership of projects, motivate a crew, and deliver quality results across a variety of landscaping work.

What's on Offer

  • $35–$45 per hour (depending on experience)
  • Company vehicle + fuel card provided
  • Stable, full-time role with a growing company
  • All required equipment and tools provided

The Role

  • Lead and manage a team on residential and commercial/civil projects across Brisbane
  • Oversee and participate in day-to-day landscape construction and maintenance tasks
  • Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
  • Communicate with management and clients as required

What We're Looking For

  • Solid experience in landscaping (leadership experience highly regarded)
  • Previous experience within a landscape construction role
  • Concreting, paving, and retaining wall experience is advantageous
  • Ability to run a team and coordinate workflow on-site

  • Reliable, professional, and confident using tools and equipment

  • Cert III in Landscape Construction or proven experience in landscape construction

  • Proficient in the use of landscaping tools and machinery
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
  • White Card + valid driver's licence required
  • Punctual, dependable, and committed to quality work
