We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Supervisor for a FIFO 2:2 role based on the Wheatstone/Onslow project.

About the Role:

As the HVAC Supervisor, you will lead a team of technicians and trades on-site, ensuring the safe, timely, and compliant delivery of HVAC maintenance works. This is a key leadership role overseeing day-to-day operations, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate HVAC activities on-site
  • Ensure all works are completed to project specifications, safety standards, and schedules
  • Conduct toolbox talks, pre-starts, and safety briefings
  • Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and clients
  • Monitor quality assurance and compliance documentation
  • Mentor and support team members to achieve performance targets

Requirements:

  • Trade-qualified HVAC technician or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leading hand role (HVAC or mechanical services)
  • Strong understanding of remote site operations and FIFO requirements
  • Current White Card and valid driver's licence
  • Additional high-risk work tickets (e.g., working at heights, confined space) desirable
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Commitment to safety and team performance
