Key to Success:

The Store Manager is responsible for driving store operation, team management and customer satisfaction. A key member of our sales team, this individual will lead by example, drive sales growth and foster a positive work environment.

Leading the Way:

Requirements for Success:

  • Previous retail management experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team, with a strong focus on sales and goal achievement.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and mentoring skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Full knowledge of own area of responsibility and applicable practices and procedures.
