Training will be provided in systems and processes, but we are always looking for the team's input on how to innovate.
First things first, check out what is on offer

- Fantastic discount on cruises, onboard product launches, airline, and Hotel discounts through our partners.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Supporting litigation: evidence gathering, document organisation, and witness coordination
- Populating and reviewing documents such as Deeds of Settlement and legal correspondence
- Conducting research on consumer law, personal injury, contract law and other issues
- Managing records across OneDrive, SeaEvent, SeaCare, Polar, Fidelio, and other systems
- Admin support including data entry of claims and processing payments/invoices
- Providing general legal team support and contributing to operational efficiency and innovation
- Assisting with other legal tasks and projects as required
About You:
You may be ready to take your next step or a seasoned paralegal looking to cement your career with an industry leader in an in-house legal team; either way, you're an enthusiastic team player, keen on a variety of work, and have excellent attention to detail. With a strong foundation in legal support (or similar), you are confident managing multiple tasks and deadlines, all while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. You're a natural communicator - articulate in both written and verbal forms - and are comfortable liaising with internal stakeholders across all levels. You thrive in structured environments and are driven by efficiency, precision, and continuous improvement. Your commitment to confidentiality, ability to work independently, and willingness to learn new things and support your team wherever needed make you an ideal candidate for this role. You enjoy rolling up your sleeves, staying organised, and contributing to a culture of legal excellence.
To be successful in the role, you will have demonstrated:
- 1 year of Paralegal experience (preferred - transferrable skills considered)
- High-level administrative skills, including file management, correspondence, and document control
- Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines
- Skilled in legal research, including legislation, case law, and precedent analysis, with experience drafting summaries and legal documents
- Experienced in drafting legal documents such as contracts, affidavits, briefs, and court forms with accuracy and efficiency
- Meticulous in document review, ensuring compliance and minimising risk of errors
- Highly organised, capable of managing large volumes of case files, timelines, and documentation workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of legal processes and terminology (or eagerness to learn), with practical experience in supporting legal teams across various matters.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive and Excel
We are seeking someone with the right attitude to fit into our fun and supportive culture so, if you meet the above requirements, have a down to earth personality and solid work ethic, please send your application for consideration. Only suitable candidates will be contacted.
