The opportunity

The Sydney Banking & Finance Partners are seeking a motivated paralegal to assist with their fast-growing private credit lender stream of work. This role is suitable for someone with experience in mortgage advances and front-end finance work; applications from junior paralegals or administrative assistants ready to transition into a paralegal role are welcome. The successful candidate will thrive in a collaborative team environment and be comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities
  • drafting legal documents
  • end-to-end transaction management
  • coordinating and settling transactions, primarily through PEXA
To succeed in this role, ideally you will have
  • experience with real estate finance and loan documents
  • a strong commitment to client service and responsiveness
  • the ability to manage competing priorities with a high level of attention to detail
  • familiarity with PEXA and PPSR processes and platforms
  • a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
