We're looking for a Junior Social Media and Content Producer who loves ideating, creating, editing and experimenting across multiple content types.

This is the ideal role for someone early in their career who is confident sharing ideas, loves trying new things and is confident to produce content.

What You'll Do

Content Creation & Video Production

  • Shoot, edit and produce short-form social videos.
  • Support the creation of longer-form content for YouTube and other platforms.
  • Write simple scripts, captions and storyboards.
  • Contribute new ideas for formats, series and content experiments.

Social Media Support

  • Help manage daily posting across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
  • Jump onto trends quickly and pitch creative interpretations for TCD.
  • Assist in reviewing analytics and understanding what resonates with the audience.
  • Engage with comments and help foster an active online community.

Teamwork & Collaboration

  • Work closely with senior team members to execute the broader content strategy.
  • Contribute ideas in brainstorms and be hands-on in making them happen.
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all content.

What You'll Bring

  • Some experience creating content (personal projects, uni, freelance, early work experience — all welcome).
  • Confidence to share ideas and try new formats.
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut or similar).
  • Strong interest in social media trends, creator culture and youth content.
  • Ability to work well in a team and take feedback constructively.
  • A proactive attitude — you like solving problems and making things happen.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
