Our busy organization is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who is passionate about working in the Automotive Industry and would be responsible to handle our Sales and Marketing portfolio in Newcastle and Hunter Valley Region. The candidate for this position will be a natural leader who would be responsible for the following :

  • Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
  • Analysing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
  • Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports. Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
  • Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
  • Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
  • Experience with ERP/ CRM software is an advantage.
  • High level of motivation, self-starter and being part of a remote team is essential.

An ideal candidate should possess a relevant Degree with 01-year experience or an experience of more than 05 years.

What we offer:

Annual Base Salary: AUD 85000 to AUD 95, hrs/week)
