The position will include(but not limited to):
- Being the friendly face that welcomes and guides clients when they step into our office, making every visitor feel valued and at ease.
- Managing phone calls and enquiries with passion and genuine care, ensuring messages are relayed promptly.
- Sorting incoming emails and directing them accurately to the right team members, keeping communication flowing smoothly.
- Supporting the Sales and Property Management departments as required, demonstrating adaptability, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
- Taking care of general office duties such as handling incoming and outgoing mail, organising stationery supplies, and maintaining a well-presented and professional workspace.
- Assisting with marketing efforts to help promote our brand and connect with the community.
- Ensuring the office environment is warm, inviting, and in top condition, especially as we prepare to unveil our exciting new look once our renovations are completed in late November.
- Proficiently using software tools to schedule meetings, communicate effectively with clients, input and track data, and monitor project timelines with care and diligence.
- Providing opportunities to develop your skills and progress within the company through ongoing upskilling.
