The Pest Control Technician is responsible for carrying out pest management services safely, effectively, and professionally across residential, commercial, and construction environments.

The role requires a high standard of workmanship, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining customer satisfaction while representing Amazon Pest Exterminators' values of reliability, honesty, and quality service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform pest, rodent, and termite control treatments in accordance with company and industry standards.
  • Conduct detailed inspections, identify pest activity, and determine the most suitable treatment methods.
  • Install, maintain, and monitor bait stations and other pest management systems.
  • Complete accurate service reports, inspection notes, and treatment records.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, providing recommendations and advice.
  • Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean and safe working condition.
  • Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and chemical handling protocols.
  • Support other technicians and team members as required.
Skills & Requirements:
  • Current Pest Control License (or willingness to obtain – training provided)
  • Current Manual Driver's License (or in progress)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
  • Physically fit and comfortable working in varied environments (roofs, subfloors, outdoors)
